How to pay
All payments are processed on our behalf by PayPal.
You can pay by credit or debit card, or pay from your PayPal account if you have one.
After you submit your Application you are directed to a Checkout page where you can choose how and when to pay.
If you choose to Pay Later, you can return to the Checkout screen from your Application Overview screen, when you're ready to pay.
When to pay
To get the £15.00 discount you must:
- submit your Application and pay a single payment of £20.00 by 23 October 2024
If you choose the full £35.00 fee you can pay this in 3 different ways:
- Pay the full £35.00 when you submit your Application
- Pay the full £35.00 on or before 2 December 2024
- Pay in 2 instalments of £17.50 each
First instalment due by 2 December 2024
Second instalment due by 3 January 2025
We can only release your Application to the course centres after you have paid the total amount. It is normal for applications to be released to course centres during January.

Have we got your payment?
When you make a payment we will email you to confirm. Your email software may treat our emails as junk or spam, so please check your Junk/Spam Email folder(s) regularly.
Your payment will usually be matched automatically with your Application within 24 hours.
If your payment isn't showing on your Application 24 hours later, please let us know and forward the email we sent you confirming payment.
