If your contact details change
If you have applied and your contact details change you can login to your application and:
- for a new phone number or postal address, please update the Your Details page
- for a new email address, please update your My Account page
This can be done either before or after you have submitted your application.
This will update our records and, if your application has already been released to the course centres, they will automatically be informed as well.

We aim to provide a quality service to everyone we deal with. However, there may be occasions when someone using our services is not satisfied about something and if this is the case it is important that we know.
