Current trainees are full-time employees of the health service and have annual leave and other benefits in line with usual NHS entitlements. On entry to the programme all current trainees commence on the first spine point of Band 6 of the Agenda for Change pay scales and are therefore exempt from the Trust's local Starting Salary Guidance and no previous service at Band 6 or above is therefore credited. Currently, travelling expenses are paid for travel to and within placement, and University fees are paid directly by the NHS.

There are no self-funded places or places for international applicants.
